From the family: Adam and I want to thank everyone who participated in our 2015 event. It has been a whirlwind year for us and we just appreciate all of the help and support from our family and especially from Hillery from Sanford Children's Hospital. We could not have done any of this without your patience, encouragement, and passion for working with children and fundraising. We also want to thank Walmart and their team of amazing volunteers who helped set everything up the past two years. You have really been a tremendous help for our family. Thank you all and see at our 6th annual event!

What: 5th Annual Miles for Max 5k Walk/Run
Where: Oak Grove Park, Fargo, ND (170 Maple Street N, Fargo, ND -- see map below)
When: Saturday, October 3, 2014
Time: Registration and packet pick-up for pre-registered participants begins at 9 am
*Kids Run and Announcements will start at 9:45 am
*5k Walk/Run will start at 10:00 am
Participants are welcome to remain at the park after the race and enjoy the playground equipment as well as the company of some really great people! We are excited to announce that, with the help of the Sanford Children's Hospital and Walmart, there will be a Pepsi vendor on site with some food and drinks. Free will donation will be asked. All proceeds will benefit the Sanford Children's Bereavement Fund and the Sanford Children's NICU.

Participants can register two ways this year once it's up and running. Here's what to do:
1. Download and print the Miles for Max registration form (PDF Registration form below) or register the day of the event. FYI - If you register early, you receive a discount on the registration fees!! Payment must be sent with registration form. A confirmation email will be sent to all pre-registered participants so be sure to include your email address.
